Program Updates
For X3 updates: Open Chief Architect X3, click on the Help Menu and select 'Download Program Updates'. This will ensure that you get the correct update for your version of Chief Architect.

Hardware Lock
- Download Hasp Driver
After downloading extract and run the HASPUserSetup.exe file to install the drivers.
- Safenet Sentinel
Download the latest driver and follow the instructions to install.
If you are uncertain which type of lock you have, read our online database article. This article shows pictures of each type of lock we provide and we also provide a link to the driver download for that lock. Very often the driver download and installation will resolve issues where the lock is not being detected.
